Abstract

The Southeast Sulawesi Consumer Tendency Index (ITK) in the fourth quarter of 2018 was 103.00, meaning that the economic conditions of consumers increased compared to the previous quarter, with higher levels of optimism than the previous quarter (up 2.45 points). This condition is driven by an increase in household income (index value of 101.79), inflation tends not to affect household expenditure which is characterized by an index of the effect of inflation on consumption (index value 104.89). Similarly, the index of household consumption volume has increased (index value 103.51).
